Legal Operations Manager

As an Elevate Legal Operations Manager, you will work with members of Elevate's Legal Operations Team to provide ongoing legal operational support to a legal department at a global technology company.

  • Have developed and used metrics and analytics as part of your solutions.

Specifically, you will:

  • Work with our offshore and onshore team to manage eBilling escalations, including process improvements with specific attention to accruals and forecasting process.
  • Work closely with executives of our customer to expand and build a relationship.
  • Support our existing team in redesigning and improving processes.
  • Support new technology implementations.
  • Manage data and reporting for the department, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Help identify, design and implement processes and tools for better managing the legal department.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, vlookup, and conditional formatting.
  • Advanced Outlook Skills, including an ability to manage multiple Outlook Calendars across different time zones.
  • Experience with eBilling management software preferred (specifically, TeamConnect).
  • Experience in legal workflow technology tools (specifically, with TAP from ThinkSmart).
  • General MS Office Skills.

Experience:

  • 5+ years preferably a legal operations department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Advanced Degree preferred.
