As a Content Management Analyst, you will work with our clients’ global team to track/prioritize all content (legal and policy documents) requests, translate documents using clients different software, manage/validate and publish content on a predetermined release schedule to ensure on-time delivery of content.

Specifically you will:

  • Collaborate with clients legal team to modify, edit and publish articles for their customers using Oracle’s UCM environment
  • Perform Document Management ‒ manage policy documents with version control, tracking, and publishing controls to ensure clients policy documents are clearly and uniformly presented to their users
  • Update English and non-English language paragraphs/pages
  • Translate non-English content using clients internal software
  • Maintain integrity of syntax for directories, wide navigation (side rails, footers, etc.), naming conventions for documents, language and translation conventions/rules and other rules followed in the process
  • Maintain updated documentation of these rules
  • Create a playbook for this process with their assistance
  • Manage redundancy or overlap of content
  • Identify content gaps and sources with appropriate content type
  • Ensure content quality and managing feedback

Experience:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in content editing/writing with either legal services or policy teams/services
  • 1-2 years of experience in creating and modifying pages using HTML and CSS
  • Experience in legal policy content writing, web development software and new technical tools
  • Experience in Document Management using Oracle's UCM environment

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS
  • Content publishing on CMS/KMS (Oracle UCM preferred)
  • Well-versed with Yahoo properties and version control systems (such as MS Source Safe, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop will be desirable
  • Knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver or similar web development software
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite of products (knowledge of scripting/macros is preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in any stream or equivalent experience
  • Professional certification in HTML and CSS preferred
