As a Financial Analyst you will have an active role in monthly reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, presentations and clients management. You will be responsible for analysing financial and business information to enable clients make sound business decisions. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure all business groups are well informed and the information is updated accurately and routinely on all the systems.

  • Have extensive client management experience

  • Possess at least 2 years of experience in the finance industry with exposure to financial modeling and analysis
  • Can use MS Excel and PowerPoint to create financial presentations using charts like waterfall, price volume and index price
  • Want to work directly with the US Business Manager's group of a visionary law firm
  • Are looking for high visibility and unlimited growth potential

Specifically you will:

  • Prepare, review and distribute monthly reports to various client contacts in different practice groups
  • Provide start-to-end financial modeling solutions to create representations which can be used by attorneys/partners
  • Provide financial research and data mining for potential pitches and presentations
  • Prepare quarterly and annual business presentations for different practice groups
  • Develop ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed
  • Assist with LPM (Legal Project Management) initiatives, projects and training
  • Draft marketing documents for internal users (partners) and for clients
  • Enter information in existing report templates. Create/modify templates to meet requirements of the partners
  • Deliver administrative support to the clients


  • 2+ years of experience in the finance industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in business administration
  • Experience in financial modeling and analysis and familiarity with AFA modeling preferred
  • Experience of working on document managing systems like Winscribe, iManage, etc.
  • Experience in drafting business plans and writing executive summaries

Skills for Success:

  • Excellent track record in previous client support/customer service engagements
  • Expertise in financial modeling, analysis and budgeting
  • Ability to effectively present ideas, both verbally and visually
  • Attention to detail and are organized and responsible with the ability to multi-task
  • Proven ability to work in a client-centric, deadline driven environment

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in creating reports and charts using Advanced MS Excel and other reporting tools
  • Expertise in creating different financial charts like waterfall, price volume and index price
  • Advanced MS PowerPoint
  • Crystal reports preferred
  • CRM tools like PCNet
  • DMS (Winscribe, iManage)


  • MBA-Finance or equivalent experience
