Elevate’s client and Online News and Social Networking Company is currently undergoing significant change across its legal and compliance functions as they react to the changing regulatory landscape. To support this change, Elevate is supporting them with temporary resource to work on a wide variety of projects.

As a Manager - Contract Management Solutions, you will help our client's Legal team to implement the CLMS (Apttus) tool and provide project management support over the term of the project.    

You might be the right person if you:

  • Have experience in Legal Project Management.
  • Have worked with Legal teams previously.
  • Have strong functional knowledge of Apttus.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills. 
  • High EQ.
  • Work to continuously improve the process of working with the system.
  • Can train, educate, and advise teams who are approved as system users.

Specifically you will:

  • Develop timeline and proactively communicate with Legal.
  • Coordinate internal Legal meetings.
  • Provide meeting outcomes/notes/deliverables.
  • Template Administration.
  • Contract template creation.
  • Administering business rules.
  • X-Author Training.
  • Legal Access Requests (Provisioning & De-provisioning).
  • Legal Requirements Drafting (non-Revenue project tracks: Sourcing, Revenue Partnerships, BD, Marketing, Live).
  • Legal Requirement Clarifications & Alignment with Business and IT.
  • Be a Point of Contact for IT to coordinate with Legal business users.
  • Unit testing on Project.
  • UAT Facilitation (including writing scripts for testing).
  • UAT Execution with IT.
  • E2E testing.
  • Training Plan.
  • Train the trainer.
  • Change Management activities with Legal team & Legal advocate for cross-functional alignment.
  • Keep Office Hours with Business (as needed).
  • Hands on training with Legal team.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in LPM and Apttus implementation.
