Litigation Support Project Manager (TAR)

Elevate's Shared Legal Services Litigation Support Project Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality litigation support services throughout the life cycle of a matter including data processing, hosting, culling specifically using advanced analystics and predictive coding, review management and data production of  client information.

This is a full time contract role initially which may convert to a full time employee role.

You might be the perfect fit if you...

  • Are a college graduate with 3+ years experience with TAR
  • Are a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) desired
  • Know project management and can oversee an EDD process (preferred but not requiried)

Specifically you will...

  • Provide end-to-end project management of the EDRM cycle for client data including:
  1. Maintaining chain-of-custody reports for transfer of client data
  2. Handling all aspects of data processing including ingestion, documentation, and resolution of data exceptions
  3. Proposing, documenting and implementing data culling strategies using innovative technology including advanced analytics including technology assisted review
  • Assisting with document review platform administration including creating user accounts, modifying administrative rights, creating coding channels, developing workflows, and generating production sets
  • Creating and conducting QC/QA on production sets prior to delivery
  • Providing technical assistance relating to review platform ranging from user training sessions to troubleshooting technical issues
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of best practices relating to data processing, the use of advanced analytics, and document review project management
  • Communicating with key internal and external stakeholders regarding routine status updates relating to the project lifecycle and maintaining project plans

  • Has extensive experience in EDD processes, tools, and systems with consistent use of innovative technology

  • Can solve problems in a way that instills client confidence, wins repeat business and generates excellent referrals
  • Are highly driven and able to motivate a diverse staff, ensuring project deadlines and budget are met

  • Ability to deliver superior work-product in fast-paced, high pressure environments
  • Can Do attitude with enthusiasm working hands on at all levels of document review, from data collection to project set-up and design, to developing workflows through data production

Technical Know How

  • In-depth knowledge of data processing and document review in Relativity and Servient
  • Extensive experience using advanced analytics and predictive coding in large-scale document reviews

Experience

  • At least 3 years of litigation support experience at a major law firm, corporation or financial services company focusing on electronic discovery data processing and data management
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Relativity or Servient with particular focus on the use of advanced analytics and predictive coding
  • Experience managing a document review consisting of several TB of data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required, an emphasis in computer science or information systems is preferred
  • PMP Certification is preferred
  • Certification in document review platforms such as Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) is preferred
