As a Financial Analyst you will work closely with our CFO and Controller in the US and support the growing needs in our global Finance Department, specifically global forecasting, fluctuation and variance analysis, margin reporting, financial models, and the research and analysis related to each. Not only will you help to keep up with the current demands on the department, you will also be involved in the development of new templates and procedures that will drive our success.

Specifically you will:

  • Lead the quarterly forecast process including update of templates, coordination of completion and analysis
  • Prepare, review and distribute regular and ad hoc financial reports
  • Track expenses and revenues versus forecast and reforecast, and analyse fluctuations
  • Coordinate financial questions and answers among Sales, Service Line heads, Operations management and other key contributors
  • Prepare margin reports and provide meaningful analysis with recommendations
  • Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed
  • Develop and maintain financial models as needed including the annual AOP and 5-year forecast models
  • Perform certain compliance work as required
  • Analyze and report on return on investments for existing and potential arrangements
  • Maintain reporting for the company's gain share arrangements


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Financial Analysis role
  • Excellent track record in previous client support/customer service engagements
  • Experience working in a growing, fast-paced organization with a dynamic environment

Technical Skills:

  • QuickBooks
  • MS Office suite with proficiency in Excel and Access
  • Search engines


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
