CRM Data Analyst

As a CRM Data Analyst at Elevate, you will work with our client to maintain accurate data within their CRM system. As part of a tight team, you will pitch in to help with any aspects of marketing and business development initiatives. Through your collaboration and partnership with the client, you will understand their CRM system data standards and preferences to achieve highly accurate firm data.

Specifically, you will:

  • Perform data review and cleansing activities
  • Provide reports in client templates and formats
  • Provide high-quality data entry and uploads
  • Understand and work competently in a virtual environment
  • Quickly learn new processes, software and ways of working
  • Be part of a dynamic team who works together to help our client succeed
  • Adhere to the information security policy of Elevate and attend/conduct regular audits (internal/external) to ensure 100% compliance with the policy

Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in a CRM related role
  • Experience working in a growing, fast-paced organization with a dynamic environment
  • Excellent track record in previous client support/customer Service engagements
  • Experience maintaining exceptionally high-quality accurate CRM data

Skills for Success:

  • Ability to calmly juggle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities
  • Ability to effectively present ideas both verbally and in writing
  • Proven ability to work in a client-centric, deadline driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving capability and resiliency
  • Enthusiastic and positive approach to working with a team
  • Excellent spoken English, good writing skills

Technical Skills:

  • InterAction or similar CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from any stream
