Elevate’s client and global payments technology company is currently undergoing significant change across its legal and compliance functions as they react to the changing regulatory landscape. To support this change, Elevate is supporting them with temporary resource to work on a wide variety of projects.

As a Records Management - Program Manager you will provide Records Management subject-matter-expertise to North America and Latin America and Caribbean region colleagues to facilitate compliance with Records Management Policy.  

Specifically you will:

  • Identify, liaise, and influence business stakeholders in all functional areas of the organization
  • Improve compliance with Records Management Policy and Procedures through education and assessments
  • Facilitate creation and execution of remediation plans with business owners
  • Assess information for appropriate categorization to the Records Retention Schedule
  • Provide oversight and authorization of off-site records storage users
  • Identify regional-specific issues and processes that don’t support compliance and recommend solutions to Director, Enterprise Records Management
  • Support Legal hold document retrieval and storage
  • Provide risk assessment, administer ratings and track action plans for Suppliers managing company records
  • Provide reporting and metrics
  • Provide ad hoc training
  • Validate implementation of controls with off-site storage vendors

Experience and Skills:

  • Highly motivated, an active listener and problem solver with attention to detail. 
  • Able to work well with all levels of the organization, including Legal Counsel, N. America and LAC Leadership, Country Managers, Compliance, Internal Audit, Business function Records Steward Leads and department delegates, and administrative staff. 
  • Good written and oral communication skills are required. 
  • Exercise good judgement, and know when to perform additional research, seek advice or escalate issues.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Understanding of structured and unstructured data content.
  • Familiarity with Records Management/Content Management systems and functionality. 
  • Good facility in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 Years Records Management or equivalent experience and certification.
