As an Elevate Recruiter, you will play a key role in recruiting corporate, legal, and technology positions.  You will be personally involved in the entire end-to-end recruitment and onboarding cycle, starting from drafting job descriptions to delivering induction sessions. You will partner with the HR Director to continue to build a strong recruitment brand in the US and continuously pipeline candidates for our larger delivery teams.

Specifically you will….

  • Manage the full-life cycle recruitment process for open positions in Phoenix and across the U.S., including creating job descriptions, screening, assessing, and shortlisting candidates, scheduling hiring manager interviews, and managing recruitment workshops.
  • Formulate a methodology to determine the best source strategy per job utilizing job boards, social outreach, employee referrals, job fairs, etc.
  • Continue to develop and foster relationships with local universities and Associations to enhance our employment brand.
  • Assist with the onboarding process from drafting offer letters to conducting new hire orientation.

Technical Skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems


  • 5+ years experience in a recruitment role, preferably within legal or staffing.
  • Superb communication and client service skills.
  • Familiarity with corporate environments especially within legal services.


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
