Elevate’s client and leading Global Interactive Entertainment Software Company is currently undergoing significant change across its legal and compliance functions as they react to the changing regulatory landscape. To support this change, Elevate is supporting them with temporary resources to work on a wide variety of projects.

As a Business Analyst you will work under the guidance and direction of the Privacy Team to assist with a project involving data mapping and documentation.  

Specifically you will:

  • Input known fields into data mapping templates and work with over 100 repository owners identified by the company to complete missing fields. 
  • Manage online data mapping and documentation tool to input data. 
  • Reach out to identified stakeholders to complete missing data processing fields as needed.
  • Keep detailed reports of progress to keep manager/team members apprised of and aligned with status and timelines. 
  • Meet with manager regularly to discuss status.

Experience and Skills:

  • History of driving projects with many stakeholders to completion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently to drive results by following up with stakeholders and escalating complexities.
  • Exercises good judgment to recognize and report red flags and/or risks to completion to manager.
  • Can-do, positive attitude.
  • Experience working within a legal department.
  • Experience with GDPR a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
