Elevate’s client and leading Global Interactive Entertainment Software Company is currently undergoing significant change across its legal and compliance functions as they react to the changing regulatory landscape. To support this change, Elevate is supporting them with temporary resources to work on a wide variety of projects.

As a Technical Trainer you will work under the guidance and direction of the legal and compliance team.

  • Are effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail.
  • Are self-motivated and hard-working.

Specifically you will:

  • Administer online training programs, including creating campaigns, enrolling users, assisting users, sending reminders and creating reports.
  • Manage the online training platforms, including working with outside vendors.
  • Assist with the Records Retention Program and records inventory.
  • Assist with management of policies.
  • Assist with other compliance-related projects as needed.

Experience and Skills:

  • Must have experience with technology and tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Prior experience working within a Legal team, Corporate Compliance (Code of Conduct, Harassment Prevention, Anti Bribery, etc) experience is a plus.
  • Experience with online training platforms is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
