An Elevate Operations Manager – Med Legal, is an integral part of the Service Delivery team and is primarily responsible for management of the Workflow Coordinators and Editors. This position is responsible for cultivating Elevate’s culture for the Med Legal Phoenix team. Additionally, this position is responsible for coordinating the Delivery pipeline of the Med Legal service line through assigning casework and addressing issues that occur within the casework pipeline that may arise from the production team in the US and Gurgaon. This position is also responsible for editing Med Legal reports as assigned to ensure a clean and valuable work product for the customer.

Specifically you will:

  • ​Manage Workflow Coordinators and Editors.
  • Coordinate complex workflow.
  • Assess customer deadline requests and design plan for accommodating delivery timeframe.
  • Evaluate production team time allocation overages for appropriateness. 
  • Review and approve production team time cards. 
  • Reviewing small to large Excel workbooks of data for accurate application of formulas, cross-referencing totals, and ensuring comments and analysis match the content.
  • Formatting borders, shading, fonts, branding elements, page scale, print area, and other aspects of Excel workbooks prior to converting to PDF.
  • Editing narrative, list, table, and other content in small to large Word documents for grammar, punctuation, flow, and level of understanding to non-medical professional.
  •  Formatting font, tables, sections, branding elements, and other aspects of Word documents for consistency.


  • Must have 5+ years experience managing a team of 5 or more people.
  • Professional writing and/or editing experience preferred, but not essential. 
  • Must have some experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous professional employment required.

  • 4-year degree required
