Elevate’s continuing rapid expansion means the India team needs to find an experienced Manager of Litigation Services. The Manager of Litigation Services at Elevate will be responsible for continuing and expanding the rapid growth and demand for Elevate's Litigation Service Line. You will work closely with both clients and internal resources and play a hands-on role providing solutions, implementing and managing document reviews in our off shore centres.

Specifically you will:

  • Collaborate with clients, sales and delivery to grow Elevate’s litigation services business 
  • Plan and manage large scale document review projects from end-to-end, handling all operational and logistical aspects, including site set-up and operations; train clients and teams on privilege and substantive document reviews and review platforms; interview, build, train and mentor review team
  • Bring to bear extensive SME knowledge of the use of technology to support document review efforts, including technology assisted review, as well as comparative strengths of various platforms and methodologies
  • Draw on this knowledge to advise and support clients on strategic document review solutions, and on the discovery process
  • Manage project documentation, as well as metrics and project status reporting
  • Support the sales team in selling eDiscovery services to clients, including responding to RFXs, attending sales meetings and preparing presentations and other collateral requested by the sales or marketing teams
  • Support the service team in issue resolution and exception handling, ensuring that substantive issues are resolved in a defensible, documented manner
  • Ensure all deliverable are completed with highest level of quality
  • Manage budgets, billing and project expenses
  • Manage third party vendors as needed for preservation and collection, processing, hosting, and production of Electronically Stored Information (ESI)

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience with project management or operations of electronic discovery or document review
  • Superb communication and client service skills
  • Excellent people management experience
  • Skills for Success:
  • Thorough knowledge of the litigation process, e-discovery, and electronic document preservation
  • Strong technical skills including familiarity with leading review platforms
  • Ability to quickly master new litigation software
  • Solid experience with project management best practices and tools
  • Understanding of corporate and law firm IT infrastructure
  • Can coordinate multiple projects in multiple locations
  • Ability to travel and work internationally
  • Are effective at consulting with clients to identify the most efficient approach for their needs
  • Can solve problems in a way that instils client confidence, wins repeat business and generates excellent referrals
  • Are highly driven and able to motivate a diverse staff, ensuring project deadlines and budget are met
  • Extremely professional and customer service oriented, including with internal and external clients and colleagues

Technical Skills:

  • Leading review platforms, e.g.
  • Relativity, Attenex, Ringtail, CS Disco, Servient, Concordance, Case Central, Lateral Data and Recommind

Qualifications:

  • Graduate, LLB or equivalent experience
  • MBA preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
