Talent Acquisition Specialist

Elevate is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work closely with our in house Talent Acquisition team. The role will involve delivering all facets of recruiting successfully throughout the organization. You will employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as develop new and creative recruiting ideas. You will play a critical role in ensuring Elevate hires the best talent available.

We need a professional with:

  • A deep knowledge of end to end recruitment life cycle for IT and Non-IT roles
  • A track record of delivering excellent customer service to external and internal customers
  • A keen eye for talent and harcore negotiation skills

Specifically, this role will involve to:

  • Liaise with service line managers to understand recruiting needs and guide them to create job descriptions
  • Post openings on Elevate careers page, job portals and social media
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees to attract appropriate talent
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and maintain all applicant and interview data on Elevate’s HRIS
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Create recruiting workflow for each new position
  • Research and recommend new sources for building an active and passive candidate database
  • Track and report HR recruitment metrics like recruiting SLAs, cost of hiring, etc

Essential experience and skills:

  • 1-4+ years’ experience in the LPO/BPO/KPO sector with at least 1 year in IT recruitments
  • Experience in working on job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.
  • Hands on experience of using any applicant tracking system
  • CRM and sourcing plan development
  • Experience in HR administration and reporting preferred

Technical skills:

  • Skilled at using online portals (like LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.) to source a broad range of talent
  • Comfortable using a broad range of technology to bring efficiencies to the recruiting and managing process
  • Good understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Sufficient MS Office skills to create documents, reports and edit presentation materials 


  • Graduate or equivalent experience
  • MBA HR preferred
