As a Medical Bill Review Associate at Elevate, you will be a part of offshore Medical Billing Review Associate team and will have dual reporting to the functional billing head and Manager MedLegal Services in India. He or She will be responsible for delivering MBA work support via the use of Excel reporting and auditing of medical bills and associated medical records.

Specifically you will:

• Generate Excel spreadsheet based on findings of medical record review. 
• Auditing medical charges  based on standardized fee references  for accuracy of billing and coding;
• Analyse medical bill charges based on standard coding including ICD-9 and CPT coding.
• Review supporting medical documents and generate medical record summarization.
• Work on special projects as needed including data entry, electronic filing, organizing documents, etc.
• Understand and work competently in a virtual environment
• Quickly learn new systems and adapt to new processes
• Be part of a dynamic team who works together to help our client succeed

Experience:

• 1+ years of relevant medical billing and medical adjudication experience in the Health Care Industry
• 1 year of experience in Medical record summarization will be an added advantage
• Experience working in a growing, fast-paced organization with a dynamic environment
• Excellent track record in previous Client support/Customer Service engagements
• Experience working directly with a US or UK client

• Possess knowledge of CPT  and ICD-9 coding

• Proven ability to work in a client-centric, deadline driven environment
