Hosting Operations Manager-Litigation Services

As Elevate expands, the Consulting Group is looking to hire an experienced Consultant with excellent strategy and change experience and skills.

As the Hosting Operations Manager, you will maintain all aspects of Elevate's Relativity environment, to provide an exceptional experience for our Customers end-to-end eDiscovery needs.  This role will directly interact with customers, seeking to understand their needs and objectives and apply their expert knowledge to deliver a superior platform experience.

Specifically You Will...

  • Lead the team and perform all database administrative functions associated with the day to day use of Relativity, including but not limited to: loading, processing, and producing electronic data; communicating with customers about production specifications; and assisting in the troubleshooting of any issues.
  • Offer recommendations for effective project workflows and help determine and implement services for a project, and generate budget estimates.
  • Maintain regular contact with and manage expectations of clients to help ensure client satisfaction and report project progress as necessary, both internally and externally, by maintaining tracking logs of media, data, images, and tasks.

Skills for Success

  • Detailed oriented, persistent, resourceful, and driven. 
  • Proactive with the ability to operate independently.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working in a variety of document review platforms.

Technical Skills

  • Expert provider Relativity technical support, to internal and external parties. 
  • Working knowledge of SQL management and methods to optimize performance.
  • Working knowledge of VMware, server configuration, and basics of the Relativity environment, including server roles, server scaling, and networking configurations.  

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience managing administrative functions of Relativity environment.
  • 8+ years of experience with litigation support, eDiscovery support, or technical operations specific to eDiscovery.

Qualifications

  • Relativity Certified Administrator with deep experience and knowledge. 
  • Relativity Infrastructure Specialist certification a plus.
