As a Sales Operations Manager, you will support the Sales team’s efforts including CRM administration and reporting, Sales SharePoint site maintenance and organization, and RFP Response/RFP database updating and maintenance.

Specifically you will:

  • Work with sales leadership on establishing best practices for CRM updating, record keeping and reporting
  • Review and support the accurate and timely filing and tracking of sales and customer related documents within Sharepoint for our growing sales team/department
  • Support our RFP submission efforts specifically creating a first level response, maintaining a response repository and RFP results tracker

Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience working with a CRM; Sharepoint and sales RFPs

  • Ability to understand different service lines and the industries they support
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to engage clients in a way that instils confidence and fosters strong client relationships
  • Self motivated, ensuring deadlines and measurable objectives are met with the highest standards of quality
  • Polished professional and client service-oriented attitude, with a proven track record of understanding and meeting (or exceeding) client expectations

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • On-line RFP databases
  • CRM; Sharepoint; On-line RFP databases

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or equivalent experience
  • MBA Sales/Marketing preferred
