Specialist - Sales Technology Support (SharePoint)


Elevate is recruiting a Specialist – Sales Technology Support, who will work closely with the sales and marketing team to provide support on Share Point administration and Salesforce, among other ad-hoc tasks.

We need a professional with:

  • Passion about delivering excellent quality and service
  • Motivation to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Specifically, this role will involve:

SharePoint Administration:

  • Help maintain internal SharePoint sites from a technical perspective. You should be able to define workflows, create pages, design layouts etc.

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Help with the upkeep of the internal Sales Library on SharePoint
  • Work on Salesforce CRM (basic)
  • Secondary research to aid sales efforts
  • Be involved in technology implementation within the sales organization
  • Other tasks that may be required

Essential experience and skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience working on SharePoint and Salesforce

Technical skills:

  • SharePoint administration
  • Salesforce (desirable)
  • MS Office


  • Graduate degree or equivalent required
