Senior Software Developer - Salesforce

Elevate is recruiting a Senior Software Developer to play an integral role in providing service offerings to our esteemed Fortune 500 existing and prospective customers.

We need a professional who:

  • Has experience of 2.5 to 4 years of working as a developer in Salesforce
  • Is proficient in taking requirements from customers, creating high – level design and implementing changes to existing software architecture independently
  • Manages development and deployment of code into the production environment, including unit testing/code coverage and documentation
  • Is the point of contact with international customers for changes and implementations

Specifically, this role will involve:

  • Gathering the Client Requirements
  • Developing technical solutions to business problems (beginning with defining, designing, analyzing and documenting requirements)
  • Developing Objects, Terms, Templates, Contract Language as per the Client Requirement
  • Understanding the end-to-end implementation and providing technical/functional support
  • Proposing solutions and strategies to business challenges
  • Function/unit testing of deliverables before assigning to the quality team
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for delivering targets
  • Assist with bulk imports and exports of data into
  • Integrate AppExchange applications within


Essential experience and skills:

  • Strong practical development/deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Salesforce configurations, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Apex Web services (SOAP/REST), and APIs
  • Advanced Salesforce user and administrator skills (including using permissions, roles, profile, queues, security setup, views, and page layouts).
  • Ability to maintain and create workflows, and approval processes within
  • Experience of integrating AppExchange applications within organization
  • Worked with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies
  • Exposure to client communication, preferably international clients
  • Fluent in communication (English) – written and verbal as well as keen listening skills
  • Comfortable working in teams as well as independently
  • Ability to coordinate between cross-functional teams


  • Any technical graduate/post-graduate from a reputed institute, preferably in information technology or computers
